Until full payment is made, all work remains the property of Prabhat Web Technologies.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Deliver required content and approvals on time.
• Ensure that provided content does not violate any laws or intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Completed work up to the termination date may be delivered upon settlement of outstanding dues.
